    2. Firmly tamp the ground coffee into the portafilter.

Pour Over (1:16 Ratio, 1 Serving of 320 ml)

    **Ingredients:**

    - 20 grams of medium-fine ground coffee

    - 320 ml of hot water (just off the boil)

    **Instructions:**

    1. Place a filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water at about 91-93°C (196-199°F) to remove the paper flavor and preheat the dripper.

    2. Add the coffee grounds to the filter. Start with a gentle pour to wet the grounds and allow them to bloom for 30 seconds.

    3. Continue pouring water in a slow, steady spiral, maintaining just enough water to cover the grounds, until you reach 320 ml.

    4. Allow the coffee to drip through completely before serving.
