The unit auto-detects sample types including dried fruit, parchment, green beans, roasted beans and ground coffee. Multi-sample statistics and multi-band data fusion provide stable readings across diverse sample sets. High-definition touchscreen presents multiple data displays and simplifies on-device review. Fast internal processing uses a dual-chip architecture to handle complex calculations without delay. Automatic temperature sensing and compensation eliminate warm-up procedures for immediate testing. The device supports fast charging via USB-C and offers extended battery life for field use. Users can export and analyse datasets through the companion DiFluid Café app for traceability and insight. Firmware updates are delivered over-the-air and an SDK is available for raw data access. Calibration is straightforward, and the package includes calibration plates and a factory test report. The kit also contains sample trays for whole bean, ground and green coffee, a scoop, scraper and brush.
