• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on regular orders over $40 and wholesale orders over $200.
• Processing Times: Most orders placed before 2 PM (business days) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day.
• Partner Fulfillment: Some products ship directly from our partner distributors, which may take 1-4 business days for fulfillment.

• We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. There is a 3% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrect item.
• You can start a return from your account page or email us directly. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Report any issues upon delivery so we can assist you.
• We do not accept returns on coffee products due to their perishable nature.
