Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase.
Customers may initiate a return through their account page or by contacting us at contact@uaicoffee.ca. All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, which qualify for free return shipping.
A 3% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect products are exempt from this fee.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Coffee and other perishable goods
• Custom or special order products
• Used coffee equipment or accessories
• Final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at contact@uaicoffee.ca.
