Politique d’expédition
Thank you for choosing Uai Coffee! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices and procedures to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience for our customers.
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2pm EST are typically processed within the same business day, while orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the next business day.
- Exceptions: For items marked as “Special Order” or “Out of Stock,” additional processing time may be required. See Sections 5 and 6 for details.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Couriers
We ship with the following couriers:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Stallion Express
- ICS Courier
- UniUni
- Fleet Optics
We choose our courier based on price, speed, and location to ensure the most efficient delivery for your order.
3. Delivery Times
- Toronto and GTA: Next business days
- Ontario: 2-3 business days
- Quebec: 2-4 business days
- Everywhere else in Canada: 2-7 business days
- Some remote locations may take longer.
Note: These delivery times are estimates and apply after your order has been shipped. Special Order items may have extended timelines depending on stock availability. Delivery times may also be subject to delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

Standard Orders:
- Flat Fee: $10 for orders under $40.
- Free Shipping: On orders $40 and over.

Wholesale Orders:
- Flat Fee: $20 for orders under $200.
- Free Shipping: On orders $200 and over.
Some remote areas may not qualify for the standard shipping rates above. If additional shipping costs apply, we will notify you before processing your order.
5. Special Orders
Items marked as “Special Order” are not currently in our inventory and will be ordered from one of our distributors. It may take 2-10 business days or longer for these items to be shipped, depending on stock availability at the distributor.
To expedite delivery, some items may ship directly from the distributor’s warehouse. If the item is unavailable with the distributor as well, we will notify you with an estimated availability date. You will then have the option to either proceed with the order or request a refund. Once we have confirmed availability and placed the order with our distributor, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Out of Stock Items
Items marked as “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable in our warehouse and with our distributors. While we strive to keep our inventory updated, some items may remain on our website for visibility even if temporarily unavailable. This status indicates that the item is not available for purchase at the moment, and we recommend contacting us for more information or alternative options.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- International Shipping: Not available at this moment. We currently only ship within Canada.
- PO Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Remote Areas: We do not offer shipping to certain remote areas.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.
9. Delivery Issues
- Delivery Delays: In the event of any delivery issues or delays, please contact us at contact@uaicoffee.ca and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that delivery times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
10. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition. If you have any concerns about your packaging, please reach out to us.
