Overview
Vitrifrigo FG20 milk fridge sold separately
Compact and contemporary, the Vitro X1 MIA combines dual-brew capability with a small footprint to suit offices, hotels, leisure centres and convenience stores. The 12-selection touch panel delivers consistent espresso and filter-style coffees with adjustable strength and volume. A separate hot water spout supports delicate teas and infusions while the illuminated dispensing area improves presentation and access. One or two 2.2 kg (4.85 lb) bean hoppers plus optional soluble hoppers allow easy top loading without opening the door. The MIA FreshMilk System micro-injects air to produce velvety hot or cold milk and plant-based foam with adjustable density. Offered as a standalone unit or paired with an optional milk fridge, the machine is engineered for up to 100 cups per day.

- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on regular orders over $40 and wholesale orders over $200.
- Processing Times: Most orders placed before 2 PM (business days) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day.
- Partner Fulfillment: Some products ship directly from our partner distributors, which may take 1-4 business days for fulfillment.

Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. There is a 3% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or incorrect item.
- You can start a return from your account page or email us directly. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
- Report any issues upon delivery so we can assist you.
- We do not accept returns on coffee products due to their perishable nature.
